Contest Registration

Registration Instructions:

1. Fill out one Contest Registration Form. This will provide us with important information about you.

2. Fill out one Model Entry Form for each model you enter into the contest. After you complete registration, this form will follow your model into the judging area. Note: There are two Model entry Forms per printed page.

3. To view Entry Categories, please click on Contest Categories link below. You will then have the option to print a copy for your records. If you have any questions as to which category to enter your model, our registration personnel will be glad to assist you.
